My doctor just increased my Sensipar medication to 60mg and I used to take 30mg. My doctor said my PTH is to high. I been taking my Fosrenol binders with meals to control blood phosphate levels and my PTH is still high. My kidney doctor said that all dialysis patients have a high PTH level. My is up in the 1000's but, my doctor has seen even higer than mine. I think my doctor said a normal level is 300 or 500. Does anybody here take Sensipar and how many mg of it were you taking to get your PTH level down?
