I'm not trying to give you a hard time here. But: You're probably sorting through all the things you'd rather be doing. Well we understand, who wants to dialyze after all?
Put your time to useful pursuits. During dialysis I caught up on reading, watched the news on TV, listened to my favorite radio program and slept as needed.
Then I didn't have to do those things (which I normally would have done anyway) earlier or later on. I've been in centers that have internet connections, just bring in your laptop.
So your solution is simple you just have to privide the things you want to cross off your list for the day.

We are incrediably fortunate to not only have a treatment but to have the taxpayers of the US paying for the treatment.
Under 65 with emphysema, heart or liver failure? Well as far as Medicare is concerned tough, you pay for yourself or die.
You got things good my friend. Get rid of that A Type personality and relax.
Only stuff below a certain size can be removed. The ones too big, like red blood cells, remain.
I suspect the Docs know what their doing although a particular medication may not help all patients.
