1 1/2 pounds zucchini and yellow squash (about 4-5 medium zucchini and 8-10 medium squash) U can use less vegetables if u want.
1 medium sweet onion, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons butter-flavored sprinkles (Molly McButter)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill, or 1 teaspoon dried
Cut each squash in half lenghtwise: the cut each half into 1/4 in thick slices. (There should be about 6 cups of squash. Adjust the amount if necessary.)
Place the squash and onions in a large nonstick skillet. Sprinkle with wqter,butter-flavored sprinkls,pepper,and dill over the top,and place the skillet over medium heat. Cover and cook,stirring occasionally, for 7-9 minutes, or just until the vegetables are tender. Serv Hot
