4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup low sugar orange marmalade
1 tbsp grand marnier liqueur
1 Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Thread on 4 skewers, leaving a small space between each piece of chicken.
2 Place on a heated grill and cook, turning once, until chicken is almost cooked through.
3 Combine marmalade and Grand Marnier and brush some of the sauce over the chicken. Cook one side, turn and baste with sauce. Continue until cooked through.
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes prior to cooking.
