4 cup romaine lettuce
2 cup Rice, brown, medium grain, cooked
2 cup cooked chicken breast, diced, skinless
1 medium tomatoes, cored and diced
1 medium green bell peppers, cored and diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 fresh lemon juice, per fruit
2 tbsp vinegar, flavored
1 pinch Tabasco sauce (optional)
1 pinch dry Italian seasoning, to taste (optional)
1 pinch black pepper, to taste (optional)
1 Toss all ingredients together in a large salad bowl.
2 Use personal taste preferences to determine the amounts of seasonings.
This salad looks great when served on a large plate with a few of the seasonings sprinkled on top.
