2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut to make 4 halves
1 pinch salt and pepper
1 cooking spray
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup Ketchup, low sodium
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2 Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place in a cooking spray coated 13x9-inch baking dish.
3 Combine syrup, ketchup, and vinegar and pour over chicken. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until cooked through, basting every 15 minutes. Serve sauce with chicken.
