2 tbs.vegetable oil
4 cups broccoli florets
2 tsp.minced fresh gingeroot
2 cloves garlic,minced
1 sweet red pepper,cut into strips
1 8oz.can sliced water chestnuts,drained
in a skillet,heat oil over high.stir fry broccoli,gingerot and garlic until broccoli is crisp-tender,about 2 minutes.add red pepper and water chestnuts;stirffry just until heated through,about 1 minute. serve immediately.
