Hi Everyone,
Well, I let my husband talk me into at least going in and talking to the doctor. So I took myself off all medication on October 7th and brought my numbers down by alot. We discussed all of my "Why, I did it's."
Then agreed to try Byetta. Mainly because of the timing of when my numbers were going up and when they were coming down. LOL! My body isnt the average type2. At the same time.. I'm not a type1.
I'm an oddball! :P At least we agreed that with the work that I am doing with diet and exercise that I could come off Byetta probably in 6 months or less. I might be able to totally control on my own from there.
He said that eating lean meats and counting carbs/watching calories is really the way to go.
Thankyou all for your hugs and prayers. Your encouragement and care has sent me out to "try again."

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
