As for the bloodpressure; my Dr suggested a baby apsirin once a day. Check and see if it is ok for you. You could also try not adding extra salt at the table. Try putting a set of spices on your table to choose from. Mrs. Dash works for my family. There are other spice combos that you might like that do not have salt in them.
I'm truly thrilled for you. Getting your number under 6.0 is a grand accomplishment. I'm sure the BP numbers will continue to drop too as your health continues to improve.
