My dad had surgery 2 weeks ago, it went awry yesterday he had bad results.. Went to the ER stayed up all night there, rushed him into secondary surgery for infection of the mesh used in 1st surgery... Come home to clean up and take a break from being up well over 30 hours (still going on it by the way) a cop knocks on the door.. Scares me to no end... found out it's for jury duty.. LOL

Also if jury duty is at this time see if you can ask for a later time to serve. That would be even more stress for you.
I will keep you in my prayers.
That's good advice though about not forgetting to look after yourself. When I was first diagnosed I remember asking my doctor about how strict I had to be in managing my diabetes. He looked at me very sternly and said "While you might take a break from diabetes, diabetes will never take a break from you".
