I'm type 2 and for the most part my sugar is under control. I've been craving popcorn lately. I would like to know, if i choose a lower carb one with only 2.5 grams of fat, 18 carbs (4 diatary fiber) how much can i eat? Or does popcorn have a high G.I.? I would really like some of this snack, and would appreciate seasoned diabetic veterans to share their option. Can i, or rather Should I eat some popcorn?
