Does anyone besides me have the problem of night time noshing? I can control my blood sugar reasonably well all during the day time hours. I also can eat a healthy evening meal. But come 6 p.m. or so, ..................all bets are off and I seem to crave anything and everything that I should NOT be eating. I get so angry with myself. This night time noshing can and does wreck a whole day of good control.
