Hey everyone. I just got a new job where I will be working graveyards. I have had type 2 diabetes for a couple of years now, I was wondering if anyone else here works graves or has switched from a day shift to a graveyard (like I will be doing) and can give any advise on what to expect or tips on how to keep levels under control or transitioning smoothly to this kind of a schedule. I manage my diabetes closely and want to make sure that I stay healthy. Any tips? Stories? Suggestions? Anything would be appreciated. Thanks!
