I love love love pizza. And Lou Malnattis at that. I have not had any for about 8 months now. I decided to have ONE piece last night and my night blood sugars must have been over the hill because I was awake for many many hours. Then today I had another for lunch to see what would happen. I also ate three bean salad in hopes that the beans would slow up the digestion. And I walked for 10 min after. They went up 50 points. My question is: Is it helpful to eat ruffage like beans with each meal and does it slow digestion and help to keep blood sugars lower? Does anybody know about this? Smuggies

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
