Mom has type 2 diabetes and is 87 years old. She checks her glucose twice a day but is having a problem with here machine. Her new machine takes the blood from the side of the finger and it is difficult for her to do it. Is there an easy way to get the blood to test and can she get the blood from elsewhere. Her fingers are sore and hurt all the time. Seems like there should be an easier way to do this. Thank you for all your help. Charlie
