Hi i'm still new at diabetes and would like to know what foods you've learned to avoid, and what foods you've learned to embrace :) I thought that i couldn't eat peanutbutter but lately i've been eating about 1 tbsp. with my toast in the a.m and my sugar is fine by time lunch time hits. and i have noticed that green beans are excellent at helping me control my sugar levels. Please let me know what you've all learned. God bless!
