I AM NOT ALLOWED SALT, AND TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH I WAS THE ORIGINAL SALTAHOLIC. BUT SINCE I GAVE IT UP, I WAS SUPRISED AT HOW GOOD FOOD REALLY TASTES. ANYWAY, I USE CRYSTAL LITE AND BUY THE GENERIC BRAND DUE TO PRICE. I BUT LEMON JUICE CONCENTRATE AND MAKE LEMONADE WITH SWEET AND LOW. ICE TEA THE SAME WAY. I DONT DRINK DIET SODA TOO MUCH ANYMORE DUE TO THE SALT IN IT. I WILL LOOK ON THE NET TO SEE IF I CAN FIND YOU A SITE. WRITE TO ME AND TELL ME WHAT YOU NEED. AND TELL YOUR DOCTOR OR HIS NURSE THAT YOU NEED A COPY OF A GOOD DIABETIC DIET. JUST TO FOLLOW FOR THE FOODS. CAUSE YOU CAN EAT JUST ABOUT ANYTHING. THEY USUALLY PUT YOU ON AN 1800 ADA DIET. THAT MEANS AMERICAN DIABETIC ASSOCIATION. WELL I HOPE IT WAS A LITTLE HELPFUL. LINDA
