I have a severe case of charcot foot. This means my muscles are no longer supporting my arch and my arch is falling fracturing other bones on it's way down. Very very very painful. My foot doctor has told me I need to lose weight to help my foot, but I have to be on crutches with zero weight barring on my right foot. I have some 21/2 pound weights that I can use for my arms and my legs as long as I am sitting down. I need some suggestions on exercises that will help with weight loss and keep me off my feet. I am frustrated to tears right now. I feel like I am between a rock and a hard place. I eat good and my sugar levels are on track. Any helpful suggestions would be so appreciated.
