my father has been taken off ZYPREXA ( hes been on it for the last 6 yearsor so now his sugars are in the 90 and 120 range when it wwould be any where from 275 to the metter reading high im soo happy that they fianlly figured out what was wrong.

Good for him and you. Those psychiatric drugs can cause alot of problems. I just got off of seroquel and I'm anxious to see what happens to my sugars. My physician said it was a cause of my newly diagnosed diabetes. Thanks for sharing this.

I am so glad for your father and those readings, they are great. Many drugs, as well as infections and even stress can play a big role in the levels. It is really a matter of trial and error to see what works and what doesn't. Hope that sort of level continues for him.
