I don't think it is a part of diabetes. I've been on a weight reduction plan from my physician since september and I get a little hungry at times. It's so individual how people feel when they eat or don't eat. Sorry I couldn't answer your question to good. I hope you have a nice evening. vickie

If your BS is too high it can kill your appetite or actually make you nauseous. So can some of the meds. If on the other hand you are feeling more full because you've increased your fiber and water intake, just sit back and enjoy it.
