I need to ask a question if I may .. I am absolutely fuming. My MIL A1C in January was 7.1 .. at the time of her dr apt she was 81 the dr said that it is 2 low for her age. Thru out the 4 yrs we've been taken care of her he said it should be between 70-120 .. NOW all of a sudden he wants it between 100-200 stating that those numbers are the numbers for a 77 yr old woman. I am fuming because we've been keeping it in the normal 70-120 range literally .. hard but we've been doin it and now all of a sudden it changes. does this sound normal to anyone cause it DOES NOT sound normal to me?? He also states that he don't take her A1C blood every 3mths when he sees her .. he says "I don't find it nessary to keep taking the A1C test" .. omg .. (thump) falling to the floor in shock ..

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
