Hi everyone. I was wondering what kind of diets do you follow. As of now I try to avoid all the high glycemic foods. There's so many I didn't know about. Also No sugar and very little red meat, lots of fruit and veggies and fish and chicken. When I went to the doctor last week he said that diet and excerise is the key to control BUT he gave me No diet to follow!? I feel what I'm doing thus far is working. But would like some ideas. My next appointment is not for 3 months. Thanks for your replies. Vickie
