Eating things like hot dogs and things I don't even eat. Right now I eat more protien and salads and lots of veggies, low fat 2% fat cottage cheese, one small loaf of wheat bread lasts almost two months. I like that slow churned yougart. serving size about 1/2 cup. I don't have a weight problem but HBP high Cholestoral and Osteoporosis. All under control with meds and exercise.
