I heard on the radio about how 1/4 t. of cinnamon could cut blood sugar by 30%. I also noticed all of these cinnamon products in the vitamin section of the store. All were geared towards diabetics. I love cinnamon toast, etc. but really questioned the validity of the studies. Anyway, I started eating cinnamon toast or graham crackers, etc. and sure enough I had a big drop in BS. I honestly had to be careful because I am prone to Hypo attacks and ended up having a few after using cinnamon. So, if you like it it is worth a try. If not, there are capsules.
