I've never been "cold-natured" but now I find I am always either very cold or very hot. I'm rarely a comfortable temperature. I sleep with two quilts and a sheet and alternate between kicking them off and crawling under them all night. I take an active water aerobics class and by the end of the class I'm chilled to the bone when I should be warm from exercise in the heated pool. Maybe changes due to blood sugars getting more normal? Anybody else have that problem. My husband instisted I tell my doctor and she said to buy a wool blanket...hah hah.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
