I sleep with two quilts and a sheet and alternate between kicking them off and crawling under them all night. I take an active water aerobics class and by the end of the class I'm chilled to the bone when I should be warm from exercise in the heated pool. Maybe changes due to blood sugars getting more normal? Anybody else have that problem. My husband instisted I tell my doctor and she said to buy a wool blanket...hah hah.
