Although I have not been diagnosed yet by a physician my last CBC showed an increased fasting blood glucose. I am experiencing symptoms of hypoglycemia when my BS goes to 82 or below. I am usually around 140-145 in the morning, then after meals 190 -220. At times I have a headache that progresses to shaky hands then sweating, heart palpitations and short of breath. These are the times I have readings in the 70's or 80's. I know this is not extremely low (80-100) norm. but after I drink some juice I stop shaking. Then if I get too much sugar my BS goes to 190-220 and I just feel weird. Does this sound like type 2 Diabetes? I have a doc. app. next week but I wanted the opinion of those who have it. thanks!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
