I'm new here and I was just curious if anybody had any advice on Neurothopy of the feet? I was just diagnosed a few months back and I'm in so much pain, there are some days I can't hardly walk. My doctor ordered me a special pair of shoes and they have helped, but only to a certain degree. He told me to put ice packs on my feet every night, for 15 minutes; to help with the pain and swelling. It does help, but again I'm still in so much pain. It's getting to the point where it's getting harder for me to walk. I don't honestly understand how I ended up with this problem. I only eat one light meal a day, I eat very healthy. I don't drink soda pop, I don't eat sweets. I have never been a sweet eater! Diabetes runs on my fathers side of the family, would that have anything to do with it?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
