WHY ARE MY MORNING FASTINGS ALL HIGH? I TAKE TWO ORAL MEDS AND TWO INSULLINS. WHAT AM I MISSING?

Alot of people get something that i've heard of as 'pre-dawn syndrome' where the body prepares to wake up and so starts to produce the goodies that help us get up and going in the morning. Don't worry, almost everyone goes through that, it's just more noticable on diabetics because we're checking our sugars in the morning whereas 'other' people don't have to do that. my levels are higher in the morning too, but i've learned that that's just how i am, as long as i keep them withing reason. i've also heard advice that having a small snack before bed will help to bring down that sugar for the morning, but thus far i haven't tried that. Good luck. Deb :0)

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
