I was at Wal-mart last night and I always look at the cheezy magazines while I'm waiting in line and there was a big yellow one with red writing that the Mayo Clinic put out and it's a diabetes guide. I was paging through it and it has good info for both type ones and type twos. However, it is $12 BUT I totally recommend it if you're looking for the latest info on either diagnosis. Just thought I'd let others know- there's not a whole lot out there for type ones and this is a good one!
