Anyone have this problem when your sugars are to low?? I always know when i am into a full blown insulin reaction or about to be as my left knee and leg jumps and pops around like crazy all on its own like a puppet...
Then i check my blood sugars and i am either already to low or about to be to low. Once the blood sugars are back into normal range for a diabetic on insulin the leg jumping stops on its own.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
