I am taking a dose of Zoloft of 100mg. I am going to sleep late, which is normal for me, but get around 5-7 hrs a night. I get up early to get everyone off for the day and by the time I am home an hour or so later I am exhausted. I fall back asleep and sleep very hard for about 2 hrs, sweating and vivid dreams/nightmares. I have to force myself to wake up and I am very groggy for a bit. It isn't unusual for me to need a nap, but this feels like an extreme crash. Has anyone had this happen? Did anything help? Spacing out your dosage or taking it a certain time?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
