hi, i've been on zoloft for 5 days now and am doing better than expected on it, just a bit tired. i have a christmas party this saturday and want to know if i can have a few drinks, any ideas of no or yes and if so how much? i've already posted this on the advice section but i can't seem to see it there for some reason.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. Your doctor is the one to speak to you on this topic, not me, but I wanted to tell you of the fact that I have never had any kind of negative reaction in taking the medication along with a little alcohol.
I have nothing to add to the discussion concerning alcohol and meds. Err, I don't drink today; so, you can guess where my answer would go.
