I thought that it might be a good idea to have a thread where each of us can tell someone they are great, and why, in public. I hope this can bring a smile to the faces on here that need it most, and maybe raise a bit more awareness to what each other is going through. I'll start us off...

my whole list of friends are great because even when they are hurting, they are helping. I have to give a special to alwayssad, however, cuz always's threads are usually very great indeed. and one for Archetype2k7, who still is not on my friend lists, cuzhomegirl is a riot.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
