sure enough i came of the meds and managed 5 days without them and then i suddenly crashed, i had to take 25mg of diazipam so it knocked me out and went to sleep otherwise i would probly have killed myself. so yeah i have no become deppendant upon yet more medication, brilliant.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
If you've been on meds for a long time you're not supposed to come off them cold turkey.
As for Valium, it makes my asthma worse which sucks coz I need it for my panic attacks.
I did this yesterday as well. Tried to go longer than I'm supposed to between doses, and my body didn't like it. The pain came thru and yelled at me! LOL! Just have to have it. No high, nothing, just makes the pain lighter.
Don't blame yourself, if you need it, you NEED it.
