I would love to believe there is a natural balance to everything and that all the bad luck I've had lately will eventually balance out with some incredible good luck. Or maybe it is balancing out only I'm getting all the bad luck and some other B**tid is getting all the good luck.
Every time I think there's a light at the end of the tunnel it turn out to be a bloody train coming. ENOUGH! I've had my share of crap let someone else have a go.
Or maybe it is my fault. I've heard it said that you make your own luck. So what am I doing wrong? Why, all of a sudden, is every decision I make the wrong one? Why can I not do anything right? Why can't I hold a relationship together for more than a few months? What happened to make my life go so far off the rails?
Damn, life should come with a rewind button....or at least a fast forward button

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
That light at the end seems so far away sometimes! I agree.
I know where you are coming from. I've been there many many times. It does seem dismal but you have to tell yourself that it's temporary, because it is!!!
You will get through it and be better for the lessons learned.
