Is there a medical diagnosis for worrying all the time, or is it just a product of my circumstance and something I need to deal with on my own. It's so stressful. I took a nap today with hubby and baby, and woke up thinking of my game plan for if the house caught on fire. Why would that be something I would just randomly think of and stress over? Any ideas?

The only person who could dignose that is a professional. If you think there is something wrong, then talk to your doctor. Worrying is normal, letting worry run your life isn't.

I'm not really looking for a diagnosis, what I meant was is this something that anyone has ever heard of as being a disorder? We have crisis plans for all kinds of situations (fire, tornado, etc) in my home, but what I mean is I worry about stuff like that all the time!!

that sounds like a case of anxiety to me. Are you post partum. I worry about everything too. It was at the point where it was getting a little out of control. Needed to start some Lexapro. Still worry but it is def more under control. Part of the mix is that you are a mom (mother bear) and we think and worry about everything that could affect our youngins

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
