I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
but that chat thing has only worked for me maybe twice, and not very well
You can go to anyone's profile, and if they are online, you can invite them to chat. If they have forgotten to sign out, they may not respond because they are actually not on DS anymore.
Anyone else can go to your profile and invite you to chat, too. But you can also restrict that to friends only if you want to, by clicking on the "my account" link in the list of links under "my profile"
