I have an addiction to sugar that I have had since a kid. Not in the sense of lollies or sweet food. But everytime I make a coffee or even when I'm not I eat spoonfulls of sugar straight out of the sugar bowl. (Prefer raw sugar to white or brown sugar). I'm starting to wonder whether I will do harm to myself or not. Whether it is a symptom of my depression, ed or whatever. But I try and tell myself not to, but I have to. I can understand my addictions to cigarettes and coffee but not this. Anyone got any insight into it. I need to break the habit somehow.
