Thanks to you all for your advice. I've read, and been told, that exercise will lift my mood. I bought an exercise bike, and managed to do 10 mins everyday for about 2 weeks. But then it just made me feel ill. I am a physical wreck and don't know how to get better. I tried yoga for a couple of weeks, but this just drained me. Any exercise I do, it ultimately makes me very physically ill. I always feel like I have flu, my sinuses are continually blocked, I have endometriosis and suffer with headaches (No wonder I'm depressed :-() Anyone experience anything similar, or have any ideas? I just feel that if I could get better physically, I would feel so much better emotionally, and be able to do more and live my life

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
though...im not sure why yoga would drain you.
Hope you see the doc about it or just take it real slow with walking. I think that a walk can't hurt a person unless it's down the middle of a freeway or in a burning building.
rubyblue, do start out slow with walking and work your way up.
