Why do I make my mind up to give my husband a choice of counceling or seperation, and then chicken out! I didn't talk to him about counceling until last night. He started to say that I act like I am happier when he is not home, and that I don't care about him etc. and that is when I told him I felt that counceling would be benificial to us. That we would learn how to comunicate better, etc. He got MAD! I did not back down on the subject. I stayed calm, and just told him why I thought it would be good for both of us. He said he didn't see why we needed to pay someone $200/hr. just to tell us the things we already know that we need to do. I said that sometimes it takes someone who is not emotionally involved to help us see things in a different light. After a while he asked me again, if there was someone else. WHEN DO I HAVE TIME TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!! I am here taking care of our two children! Well, at least I had the guts to ask him to go to counceling and stand my ground and convinsed him to get some counceling with me. But I made no mention of a seperation. I am too much of a chicken to do that I guess.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
