I'm sorry guys...I shouldn't be so negative. I've just had my limit of stress, but there's no way for me to get rid of it right now and I'm freaking out a bit...I just want a break from this hell...but I know I'm not going to get it any time soon.

honey.. you do not have to apologize.. you are in a bad place right now. I do know what you are going through and it is really rough.. Hang in there but try to contact your dr. about what the zoloft is making you feel like.. please..

Kim - even though you said that, I dont' believe that you believe that deep down inside. I know there is a spark of hope somewhere inside but perhaps it's so dark that you can't even see it. So to get that spark to ignit to a flame and then a fire, you need to first, make that a priority and a goal and then take small steps each day to get there. You must believe you can and then work at improving your situation. Don't wait around and expect life to all of the sudden get better. You have to go after it son. Get inspired, passionate and go after it. The only person holding you back from achieving your dreams and goals is you. Others worse off then you have done it and so can you. We have first world problems. Just be thankful you don't have 3rd world problems. Yet there are many in the 3rd world countries who find happiness in a well, or a simple book, or meal. Start with being thankful for what you have and then go after what you want.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
