New to this site so bear with me please. 3 yrs. ago my husband died very suddenly, we were married 26 yrs.I started shaking uncontrolably and soon after started having panic attacks, everything suddenly was stressful and I got anxcious and would lose temper often.Dr. said depression and put me on xanax. I don't have panic attacks anymore but everything else is going on daily. I try to limit my meds. to 2 daily just to feel better. Also I still cry quite often and just feel sick. Do you agree with Dr. or think something else is going on? I'm also scared to death that I'm suddenly die when I feel like this.
