I am finding it ironic reading about what people consider in their thoughts. there are more than a million possible things that any of us could think about...instead...
We think about the past.
We think about the present.
We think about the future.
We think about worries, fears and anxieties.
We think about what's done.
We think about what we haven't done, or what we could do.
We think about what we do as compared to what others do.
We think about being depressed.
Ive decided to think about other things for the rest of the day.
