I opened a facebook account awhile ago because I wanted to restore some old friendships I've had when I was in high school, as well as some old friends that I didn't really end with on good terms but they were still close in some way or another. I thought by opening an account, that I would revive my friendships and make them work out. Unfortunately, they are still the same and things still don't work out. I define a friend as someone who I actually spent time with in person from time to time, and someone that I can actually trust. Most of the people on my friends list I don't really trust, and I don't even feel comfortable about posting anything on my account. Should I just delete my account and start a new one? Or should I just live in misery with these people who I've known all my life? I really don't know what to do. It's hard to let go, but I think I've already moved on from my past and those toxic friendships/relationships and its time to say goodbye and delete my account. What do you think?
