theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

Keep coming here and talking to us. I find taking a walk and getting outside helps. My dog usually does something silly on the walk as well as being with her, a lot fo people always stop to talk to us. Well her really as she is a cutie. But in the same time, it gives me a lil boost to my step that someone actually stopped to say hi. I have had some people say real nice things to me as well if we got in to a conversation. and the nice things they said were about me. It nice to hear from a stranger some times.
I noticed the Full Moon last night, but didnt want to say anything ... I almost posted in the threads, but didnt want to start anything.

sound like you're having what i call an 'episode'.. a period of really intense depression that doesn't seem to have a apparent reason. the fact that you're cry all the time, says, time for a med check, may you need a different med or higher dose - crying all the time is a classic symptom... no need to be sorry or get over yourself, that's just more of the depression talking... just know you are not alone, here anyway and there alot of ppl who care about you... xo
