I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
It turned me into a zombie, and the withdrawals from it are unlike anything I've experienced with psychotropics. I wouldn't take anything like that drug ever again. Wouldn't the pdoc know what to prescribe according to your history and his savvy?
I've had so little success with antidepressants I am almost at my wits end. I am trying paxil now because it made me manic before and I'd rather be manic than deeply depressed for a year and a half. But paxil is a different class of med. Good Luck. I am gonna keep an eye on this one because i never again want anything like the effexor.
