I have a lot of questions that need to be answered. I have been having so many therapy appointments lately. We have been adjusting my meds for a while now. And we just can not find the right one that fits. I am getting tired of having to change all the time, and it is starting to drive me nuts. I am pregnant again, and it worries me about the health of my upcoming baby. I am thinking of just dropping the meds all together without telling my doctor or anything. If he found out, he would not be a happy camper, put it that way. He said that I NEED meds. But i don't so. I can live without them no problem. What do you think?

Just an opinion, but you should probably talk to your doctor first before doing anything. Explain to him that you REALLY want off of them. Some meds have really nasty side effects if you suddenly stop taking them. It could harm you & the baby. But just like has been stated, there might be other options too.

I think you should tell your doctor exactly what you've written here, and ask him why he thinks you absolutely need the meds when you feel like you don't.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
