One of my biggest obstacles is waking up and getting out of bed in the morning. It feels like my body is not awake, and just does not want to move. I snooze the clock until it would impact getting to work. I would have no problem staying in bed until 2 in the afternoon. Need suggestions and recommendations on how to wake my mind and body up in the AM as it is impacting my life.
