I'll try to make a long story short. I left my husband in August of 2006. We had never really got along, I married him because I was pregnant. I had 3 kids from my first marriage, where the guy became physically abusive. My two sons from my first marriage went to live with their dad because the situation at my house was so bad. My daughter got pregnant, and we gave the baby up for adoption. My husband had 5 daughters from his first 3 marriages, and although we got along fine, it was never fair how the money was spent in the house ( 1 of his daughters wrecked her car 4 times, and we bought her a new one everytime, while my son bent the wheel of his bike, and I was told that he had to replace it himself because he was careless.)After I left him, I met a wonderful man sho has all the same interests and morals that I do, just a great, caring man. He was on a traveling assignment when we met, but he took a permenant place there to be with me. At that time, I was sharing custody of my 8 year old daughter on an every other week basis. My boyfriend found out that his oldest daughter (he had 2) was being molested by her step brother. My divorce was taking a long time due to financial concerns( I had just inherited close to $50,000 and my husband was ready to declare bankruptcy). I gifted the money to my boyfriend so that he could make a downpayment on a house in Arizona, so that we could get his daughter. My lawyer at the time said that there was no reason I wouldn't be able to take my daghter with me. Well, he lied. Idaho state statutes say that I have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that her father is an unfit parent to take her from the state. Now I'm here in Arizona, so far away from my kids, and my boyfriend, although he says he loves me, can't stand the fact that I'm depressed all the time. I would move back to my kids, but I have no car, and my money is almost all tied up in this house, and his court case to get his daughter. HELP ME PLEASE!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
