Would you like some relief? Are you sick and tired of feeling like there's no hope? For those who are having a really hard time right now, please go to the "Recommendations" tab and check out the "Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)" post. WRAPs have been very beneficial in helping with virtually all kinds of mental health challenges. The research is encouraging. A WRAP is not something that can be done in one sitting, but the benefits are definitely worth it. It's definitely gotten me from the place I used to be (sleeping 18 hours a day, not able to take care of my basic hygiene let alone deal with my kids, not going out of the house, alternating between crying and irritable) to where I am today (single mom who's able to juggle parenting and working full-time, probably going back to school as well, better able to balance my moods, etc.). WRAPs don't cost a thing, but the rewards are worth a fortune.
