WRAPs have been very beneficial in helping with virtually all kinds of mental health challenges. The research is encouraging. A WRAP is not something that can be done in one sitting, but the benefits are definitely worth it. It's definitely gotten me from the place I used to be (sleeping 18 hours a day, not able to take care of my basic hygiene let alone deal with my kids, not going out of the house, alternating between crying and irritable) to where I am today (single mom who's able to juggle parenting and working full-time, probably going back to school as well, better able to balance my moods, etc.). WRAPs don't cost a thing, but the rewards are worth a fortune.
